• Utilized a variety of pedagogical approaches to expand student knowledge of writing and their understanding of effective messaging

• Tracked attendance and grades, addressing areas of success and/or concern with individual students

• Extensive use of rhetoric (voice, perspective, audience) as primary  ghost writer for three university presidents, VP of university advancement, and various trustees for stewardship-based correspondence
• Composed acknowledgements on behalf of university leaders for gifts in excess of $500,000, including several of the largest gifts in MSU history
• Project lead for annual Common Investment Fund report to donors—required extensive university-wide communication 
• Primary contact for stewardship-based brand standard compliance
• Designed, distributed, compiled data and implemented a first-of-its-kind university-wide stewardship communication audit to streamline donor acknowledgement
